Payout schedules
Kapsule issues payouts on a weekly basis. Funds from completed orders are released to your nominated bank account according to the following process:
If a public holiday falls on the usual payout day, the payment may be delayed until the next working day.
Minimum payout thresholds
To keep payment processing efficient, Kapsule uses a minimum payout threshold:
If your available balance is below the minimum, it rolls over into the next week’s cycle until the threshold is met.
There are no fees for holding funds in your vendor account—balances simply accumulate until payout.

You can monitor your upcoming and past payouts in the Vendor Dashboard > Withdraw section. Each statement includes:

1. What happens if I don’t reach the minimum payout amount?
Your balance carries over into the next week until the minimum is met.
2. Can I request an early payout?
No. All payouts follow the set weekly schedule to ensure fairness and consistency.
3. Do refunds or chargebacks affect my payout?
Yes. Any refunds or disputes will be deducted before your next payout.
4. How will I know a payout has been sent?
You’ll receive a notification in your vendor dashboard once the payout is processed.
5. Can I change my payout frequency?
Currently, payouts are weekly and cannot be customised.
