Categories of prohibited products
The following product types are strictly prohibited on Kapsule and must not be listed under any circumstances:
- Illegal or stolen goods: Counterfeit products, pirated media, stolen items.
- Weapons and explosives: Firearms, ammunition, knives intended for combat, fireworks, explosives.
- Controlled substances: Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or any item designed for illegal substance use.
- Hazardous materials: Toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, asbestos.
- Adult content: Pornographic material
- Wildlife products: Endangered species or products derived from them (e.g., ivory, certain animal skins).
- Gambling or lottery products: Lottery tickets, betting services, or similar products.
Listings found to contain prohibited items will be removed immediately, and vendors may face suspension or permanent account closure.

Health & beauty products
Must comply with local safety regulations and labelling laws.

Food & beverages

Alcohol
Only permitted where legally allowed.
Age restrictions must be clearly stated and verified.

No. Counterfeit or imitation products that infringe on brand rights are prohibited.
2. Am I allowed to sell food items from home?
Only if you meet local health certification requirements and provide proper labelling, including expiry dates.

You must provide evidence of compliance (e.g., safety certification). Kapsule may request documentation before allowing your listing to remain live.
