Kapsule makes it simple to get started as a vendor. To begin selling, you’ll first need to create your vendor account and then complete your store profile. A well-set up profile helps build customer trust and improves your chances of sales.

Access the Registration Page

• Go to the Become a Vendor page on Kapsule

• Select Start Selling

• You will be directed to the vendor registration form

Provide Your Basic Information

• Enter your name, business email, and phone number

• Provide your shop name (and confirm your new URL)

• Add your business address

Make sure your email is correct. All confirmations, order notifications, and payout updates will be sent to this address.

Complete the Vendor Wizard

• Click Let’s Go

• Confirm your address and choose a category for your business (e.g., Health & Beauty)

• Provide your PayPal email or bank account information for payouts

• Upload your company registration details if applicable

• Upload your ID and proof of address

• Click Go to your Store Dashboard

You must complete verification steps before your vendor account is approved for selling.

Configure Your Store Profile

Choose a Store Name

• Select a name that reflects your brand identity

Add a Store Banner

• Recommended size: 1200 × 400 pixels

• Use images that showcase your products or brand personality

• Keep it clean and professional, avoiding clutter

Lifestyle photography of your products in use creates inspiration for customers.

Write a Store Bio

• Keep it concise (100–150 words)

• Highlight what makes your store unique — your values, product quality, or customer service

• Use a professional but approachable tone

Save and Preview

• Save your changes once all sections are complete

• Preview your profile to check formatting and overall impression

• Make adjustments before going live

Verify Your Account

• After setup, you will receive a verification email

• Click the link to confirm your account

• Kapsule may request additional documents (e.g., licences for food or alcohol products)

Start Selling

• Log in to your Vendor Dashboard

• Add your first product listing (title, description, SKU, images, price)

• Manage stock and prepare for your first orders

All products, including edits, go through a review process before appearing live.
