Access Your Dashboard

  1. Log in to your Vendor Dashboard.
  1. Select Products > Add New Product.

Enter Basic Information

  • Product Name: Keep it clear and descriptive (e.g., Organic Cotton Tote Bag).
  • Description: Provide a detailed explanation of the product, highlighting its features, materials, or uses.
  • Short Description: A concise version that appears at the top of the product page.

Think about the questions customers might ask—answer them in your description to save time and increase confidence.

Add Product Details

  • Price: Enter the standard selling price.
  • Sale Price (optional): If you are running a promotion, add a discounted price.
  • SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Create a unique identifier for inventory tracking.

NotesSKUs don’t need to be complicated. Use a format that makes sense for your business, such as BAG-001.

Upload Images

  • Add at least one main product image with a white background.
  • Upload additional images to show the product from different angles or in use.
  • Use high-quality, well-lit photos with a clean background.

  • Enable stock management if you want the system to track inventory.
  • Enter the number of items you currently have in stock.
  • Set a low-stock alert if you want reminders when levels drop.

Set Shipping Details

  • Enter product weight and dimensions (if applicable).
  • Select the shipping class (e.g., flat rate, free shipping, or custom).

Inaccurate shipping information can lead to unexpected costs or disputes. Always double-check your entries.

Publish Your Product

  • Review your listing carefully.
  • Click Publish.
  • Your product listing will be sent to our team for review, which takes 24 hours.

  • Once live, check the product page to ensure everything looks correct.
Warning
Once published, customers will see your product immediately. Make sure all details and prices are accurate before going live.

1. What is the difference between a simple and variable product?

A simple product is a single item with no variations. Variable products include options such as size or colour.

2. Do I need to add a SKU?

Yes, SKUs are required for tracking inventory and managing stock effectively.

3. Can I edit my product after publishing?

4. How many images should I upload?

At least 2–3 images are recommended. More images give customers a better understanding of the product.
