Find the product you want to promote
Click the Megaphone button to enable promotion
Alternatively, while editing a product, you can select the promotion option from the product editor
The $15 promotional fee will be applied once the promotion is confirmed
Clear, high-resolution images
Accurate, keyword-rich product titles and descriptions
Correct attributes (e.g., size, colour, material)
Consistent on-time dispatch record
Low return and complaint rates
Strong customer feedback and ratings
Must comply with Kapsule’s listing rules
Cannot be in restricted or non-returnable categories
Should be priced competitively within the category
Products aligned with seasonal events or trending categories may be prioritised
Limited-time deals and bundles may also have higher chances of being featured
1. Can I request my product to be featured?
Yes. You can promote a product directly by clicking the Megaphone button in your dashboard. Kapsule may also feature items at its discretion.
2. How much does it cost?
The promotional fee is currently $15 per product, subject to change.
3. How long will a product stay featured?
Duration varies. Some products may be highlighted for days during an event, while others may remain in curated sections for weeks.
4. Are all categories eligible for featuring?
Most categories are, but restricted or high-risk categories (such as hygiene or custom items) may not qualify.
5. Does being featured guarantee more sales?
No. Featured placement increases visibility but sales depend on product appeal, pricing, and customer demand.
