Currently only items with a New Zealand/Australian plug can be sold on Kapsule.

Selling counterfeit electronics or unbranded chargers is strictly prohibited due to high safety risks.
Vendor responsibilities for safety
Add a safety assurance note (e.g., “Tested and certified to meet [X standard]”) to your product description to build customer confidence.
Product recalls on Kapsule
When a product is found to pose a safety risk, a recall may be initiated by the vendor, the manufacturer, or Kapsule.
Notification
Vendors must inform Kapsule immediately if they become aware of a recall affecting their product.
Kapsule may also initiate a recall if alerted by regulators, manufacturers, or customers.
Action required
Remove the affected listing(s) immediately.
Stop dispatching any unsold stock.
Provide Kapsule with details of the issue and supporting documents (e.g., recall notice).
Customer communication
Kapsule will contact affected customers directly and may issue instructions for returns, refunds, or replacements.
Vendors may be required to cover associated costs.
Failure to cooperate with a recall may lead to account suspension or permanent removal from Kapsule.
